Booking
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a 30% deposit.  

Cancellations
Up to 60 days before scheduled arrival, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. 
Up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
From 30 days before arrival, 80% of the total reservation value will be charged.
In the case of late arrivals or early departures, the entire value of the booked stay will be charged.

We accept cash, credit cards (MasterCard and Visa) and bank cards.

Check-in and check-out
Rooms and apartments will be ready for occupancy from 2 pm on your day of arrival.
Please check out by 10 am on your day of departure. 

Cancellation insurance
To protect you from financial loss if you should have to cancel, we recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy. You can do it through us: to Travel Insurance (cancellation insurance, including coverage for COVID-19 illness, irrespective of pandemic status).
